The Italian CSP feed-in tariff

On 11 april was published the italian ministerial decree for CSP feed-in tariff.
The decree was based on spanish model.
The feed-in tariff dependent by solar fraction:
- for solar fraction >85%................................. 0.28 c€/kWh
- for solar fraction from 50% to 85%................ 0.25 c€/kWh
- for solar fraction < 50% .............................. 0.22 c€/kWh
It needs:
a) heat transfer fluid no-pollutant (ex. molten salt)
b) heat storage tank
c) solar power plant area's >2500 mq and for hybrid plant with solar fraction <50%, areas >25000 mq.

can anybody add data to the italian feed-in-tariff, especially what the limits of size to get these tariffs and times limitations.
