Letter asking for advice

I have received a letter asking for advice on CSP development in India, and I thought it would be great if all of you could advice based on your own experience...
Dear Sirs
Presently cost of installation of CSP projects are ~4 times to that of normal fossil fuel/ biomass projects. Though the variable cost ( main fuel cost) is nil still the capital cost is much higher surplussing the advantage of no fuel cost. The life of the projects are idnetical ie 20 years.

This is a busy week for CSP today, as we are holding the concentrated solar power summit in Seville. It is going realy well - more than 180 people on site!!!
