Hi Belen,

How was the conf in SF?

In the Netherlands parliament had a majority vote ordering the Dutch gov't to explore possibilities to realize CSP-electricity delivery to Holland.
That's a land shift indeed.

Challenge now is to overcome/bypass the usual tactics / tendencies that boil down to procrastination.

Suggestions?

Cheers,

Emil

It is a good time for CSP right now!

The flurry of news all coming from the US is really good news - it seems like there is so much happening. Ausra and Sopogy are on the news on daily basis, from the interest created into what they do.

By the way Sopogy will definetely be speaking at the CSP US Summit and I am currently in talks with John O' Donnell about Ausra for a session too!

It is a good time for CSP right now!

It is certainly a good time for CSP. In the European front we get constant news of more plants planned to go online some time before 2012.

In the US in the other hand, I get daily news that new projects are being comissioned. Ausra and Sopogy are in the news on daily basis!

I hope that this social network helps you making those strategic conexions, meeting the right people and learning about CSP! Remember that the more you put in the more you get out of it - so share your thoughts, pictures and ideas!

Upsetting article - US Energy Bills Could Cost Economy $1 trillion by 2030

What a surprise- oil companies are commissioning reports that say that renewable energies will cost the economy a lot- where have I heard that before?

I am upset at this kind of attack time and time again - not to CSP in particular but for renewable energy. The way I see it, the oil industry can no longer count on their lobbying to keep the mon
