State incentives for Solar Thermal Power generation - India

Hi All,
Does anyone have an idea about the different incentive packages provided by different Indian states for Solar CSP?
I believe Haryana, Punjab, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra are some of the key states which provide attractive incentives for setup of plants.

I would really appreciate it if someone could provide this information or direct me to the right place where to find this.

Tamil Nadu 10 MW bis 2012 PV u. Solar-Thermie 1 bis 5 MW 15 iR/kWh für PV; 12 iR/kWh für Solar-Thermie
Karnataka 10 MW bis 2012 PV u. Solar-Thermie 1 bis 5 MW 15 iR/kWh für PV; 12 iR/kWh für Solar-Thermie
Punjab 10% der erneuerbaren Energie nur PV 1 bis 5 MW 7 iR/kWh
