Engineers in North Africa

I am a Chartered Surveyor with Davis Langdon, (a large International group of surveyors) and an active member of Friends of the Earth. I would be keen to hear from engineers in North Africa who would like to collaborate with me and other professionals to instigate and promote a CSP plant in North Africa with a view to gaining funding and attracting a developer.

Anyone engineers out there interested?
